Decision Models is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect any information about you when you buy FastExcel, and we use the information we collect about you to process your order and to simplify your purchases.

• What information do we collect and how do we use it?

• We do not collect any credit card information: all credit card processing is done by FastSpring.
• When you order, FastSpring needs to know your country, and whether this is a business or personal purchase to determine if VAT (Value Added Tax) or other taxes are applicable.
• FastSpring also need your preferred currency, order details, name and e-mail address to work out the price and to send you your FastExcel license code and receipt.
• License activation codes are issued by Soraco QLM and your oder details, name and e-mail address are required so that your license can be activated and moved from one PC to another
• These details are securely stored so that we can rapidly resolve any problem with your order.

What about "cookies"?

We use cookies (a small piece of information stored on your computer's hard disk) to ensure that we can process your order safely and with a minimum of disruption if your connection to DecisionModels.com is broken.

Will Decision Models disclose the information it collects to anyone else?

We are registered according to the UK's Data Protection legislation and will not sell, rent or otherwise dispose of any collected information to third parties except as specified in our Registration.
